Owl Post #33

Inspired by The Story Siren's In My Mailbox, Owl Post allows us bloggers to showcase the books we've bought, won or received throughout the week and is hosted by Brodie over at Eleusinian Mysteries. We all know that the Owl Post is the fastest way to send and receive mail and they certainly make me happy every time they drop a book off.

Hi guys!

Welcome to this weeks Owl Post. I've haven't had an Owl Post for a couple of weeks mainly because I haven't had any books to share with you. But this week the owls were very good to me ;)

For Review:

From Scholastic Australia.....

- Eight by James Phelan
I'm still without the first book in The Last Thirteen series, so until I get a copy I can't begin it.

....Thank you guys!

Take Me On. Take Me On. It's freaking Take Me On!!! *does cartwheels* I am sooooooooo bloody excited to read this. The Pushing the Limits series is epically brilliant!

.......Thank you SO MUCH Polina!

I Bought:

  - True by Erin McCarthy
This is the first book in the True Believers series and I don't know, something about it caght my attention when I was in Big W over the weekend and I decided to grab a copy :) Looking forward to reading it.

- Burning Dawn by Gena Showalter
If you know me, you know that I'm a Gena Showalter fan. Which means I ALWAYS have her books on pre-order and read them as soon as they hit my hot little hands. Yes. I've already read this book, hence why it looks a tad ratty. It. Was. Awesome. Best book in this series yet! Review to come!

I Won:
I was lucky to receive some swag I won this week.

- On the left: I was lucky to win a couple of signed bookmarks off author Dani Hart's Facebook Page when she was giveaway some away free :) Thanks Dani!

- On the right: I was thrilled to win some swag from Kait Ballenger as part of a pre-order Book Blast for the re-release of After Dark featuring Kait and Gena Showalter (remember Gena junkie!)

And that's me--some fab books I can't wait to read!
What did the Owls bring you this week?

  1. Great haul of books and winnings , Rach. I am a tad late to commenting on this Owl post. I have 3 of the four books you have from publishers . Gotta pull some more time from somewhere and catch up on publisher reads :D
