Owl Post #80

Inspired by The Story Siren's In My Mailbox, Owl Post allows us bloggers to showcase the books we've bought, won or received throughout the week and is hosted by Brodie over at Eleusinian Mysteries. We all know that the Owl Post is the fastest way to send and receive mail and they certainly make me happy every time they drop a book off.

Eeeep. Is this really the first Owl Post of 2016? Has Christmas really come and gone? Goodness how time flies!

Anywhoo, here's what I've got to share this week :) I few goodies.....

For Review:
 From Pan Macmillan:
- A Corner of White by Jaclyn Moriarty
I might have mentioned last week, but I'm going to be participating in the Australian Blog Tour for the third book in this series, A Tangle of Gold in March, so I'm gonna play catch up on this awesome sounding series with books one and two in the lead up to the third :)

....Thank you Alana!

From Scholastic:
- George by Alex Gino
I hadn't heard of this book until I found it on my doorstep, but since then I've heard good things about it. I'm intrigued.

- Yogscast: The Diggy Diggy Book by The Yogscast
I honestly don't know what to think of this book. It leaves me speechless, but I admit I did smile looking at a few of the pages. Crazy!

.....Thank you guys!

I Bought:
- Soundless by Richelle Mead
Technically this was a Christmas present, but I did physically pick it out, lol. LOVE Richelle Mead and so excited for her new YA series!

- The Iron Warrior by Julie Kagawa
Another "Christmas present". Does it count as a present if I was told to pick out and put two books in the trolley at Big W? Oh, well. Never mind. Can't wait to see how this series ends. Love it!

- Nuts by Alice Clayton
Alice Clayton's Wallbanger series is the bomb! And I'm sooooo excited to read this new one from her. Love the sexy cover and the sound of the story :)

- Legacy of Kings by Eleanor Herman
Man, I love Boxing Day sales! I mean Buy Two, Get One Free from Target is just pure brilliant to me!

- Illuminae by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff
Alas I'm yet to read anything by Jay Kristoff, although I know he's really popular, but I love Amie Kaufman's work, so I had to have this. It's told through a series of reports, documents and transmissions and looked really cool when I flipped though it. Hope it's not going to be confusing to read though :/

- The Sword of Summer by Rick Riordan
**SQUEE** Rick Riordan's new book!!! Oh, yeah! Loooooove Mr. Riordan and so can't wait to read this!!!! Love. Love. Love!

I Won/Received:
I was lucky enough to win a set of series postcards for S.D. Wasley's upcoming NA debut Downfall, the first book in her new Incorruptibles series. They're really awesome black and white depictions! And because she's just plain awesomesauce, S.D. Wasley has sent me a second set of postcards and some signed bookmarks from her Seventh series to give away!!!

And that's me!
What have you gotten so far this year?
