Inspired by The Story Siren's In My Mailbox, Owl Post allows us bloggers to showcase the books we've bought, won or received throughout the week and is hosted by Brodie over at Eleusinian Mysteries. We all know that the Owl Post is the fastest way to send and receive mail and they certainly make me happy every time they drop a book off.
Hi guys and welcome to another Owl Post! I hope you've all had a great week of reading and bookish goodness!
For Review:
From Scholastic:
- The Fandom by Anna Day
I hadn't heard of this novel before it arrived in the mail, but it sounds interesting and I'll be hoping to read it in the near future.
- The Invasion by Peadar Ó Guilín
I really enjoyed the first book, The Call--it was a unique story and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in this sequel.
....Thank you guys!
I Bought:
- Song of the Current by Sarah Tolcser
Bloomsbury was having a 40% off sale, so I took advantage to snag a copy of this book in hardback. Cheaper than the paperback :)
- Lion Heart by A.C. Gaughen
I also ordered the first two books in this series, so I'll have to wait until they arrive before I can begin the series.
- A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas
- Tower of Dawn by Sarah J. Maas
I've fallen a bit behind in both these series but am determined to catch up this year with both of them!
- Possession by Helen Hardt
- The Right Moves & Worth The Risk by Emma Hart
- The Love Game & Playing for Keeps by Emma Hart
- Archangel's Heart by Nalini Singh
- Archangel's Viper by Nalini Singh
The Sydney Author Event is just over a month away (insert scream) and I'm just getting the last paperbacks I needed for the event. Can't wait for this years lineup--there's so many great authors and I can't wait for the first weekend of April to get here fast enough!
And that's me this week!
What did the owls bring YOU?
I'm currently reading Queen of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas and loving the series, so I'll be waiting for your reviews of her books.
