Owl Post #88

Inspired by The Story Siren's In My Mailbox, Owl Post allows us bloggers to showcase the books we've bought, won or received throughout the week and is hosted by Brodie over at Eleusinian Mysteries. We all know that the Owl Post is the fastest way to send and receive mail and they certainly make me happy every time they drop a book off.

It's that time again :) Check out what books I received last week!

I Bought:
- A Tangle of Gold by Jaclyn Moriarty
- My Sister Rosa by Justine Larbalestier
On Saturday I went into Newtown and attended a high tea at the Better Read Than Dead bookshop to support the release of Jaclyn Moriarty's, A Tangle of Gold--the third and final novel in her Colours of Madeleine trilogy. Moriarty was questioned by author Justine Larbalestier, and both authors signed books afterwards. It was a great afternoon of tea, food, books and fun. I needed to buy a finished copy of A Tangle of Gold and I couldn't pass up the chance to get My Sister Rosa.

I Won:
- Captive Hope by Rachael Ritchey
I was lucky enough to win a signed copy of Captive Hope, the second book in Rachael Ritchey's Twelve Realms series as part of a Goodreads Giveaway. This book sounds really interesting and although I'm not sure if I can read it without having read book one, I'm excited about reading it in the near future :)

And that's me this week!
What did the owls bring YOU?
